The thermal insulation silos are widely used in the place where the temperature is large difference between the day and night, such as some silo sites near the sea, in this case, since the big difference of relative temperature inside and outside of silo, it’s easy to produce condensation on the silo wall inside silo, the dewdrop will influence the grain quality, produce mildew.

For some place where the weather are very cold at all seasons, the cold condition will influence the seed vitality, insulated steel silo will keep warm of the seed in silo;

If the place where the weather are very hot and wet in all seasons, insulated steel grain silo with grain cooling machine (refrigerating machine) will be a great help ; Grain cooler connect with the silo bottom ventilation pipe blow cool air into the silo, which can decrease the temperature inside the silo. The second layer is the yellow part, it’s insulating layer, this is made of high-quality Thermal insulation rock wool;

The third layer is the colorful steel plate or galvanizing sheets.
